Baidoa, 28 March 2025
Today, DEDO Organization successfully completed Phase Two of its annual Aid Clothes Distribution Campaign, reaching 220 orphaned children selected from vulnerable neighborhoods and Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps across Baidoa.
This marks the sixth consecutive year of implementing this initiative, which aims to bring joy, dignity, and a sense of belonging to children in need during the Aid celebrations.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the generous individuals and partners who supported this noble cause, particularly:
- Philanthropic businesspeople from South West State residing in the Banadir region,
- Arlaadi Relief and Development Organization,
- And all other well-wishers who contributed their resources and efforts to make this initiative a success.
This campaign demonstrates the power of community collaboration and humanitarian partnership in supporting vulnerable children especially orphans living under difficult conditions.
As DEDO, we remain committed to expanding this program in the coming years to reach even more children who need care, compassion, and community support.
