Eid Celebration for Orphans and Vulnerable Children in Waajid
On June 16, 2024, DEDO successfully organized a special Eid celebration in Waajid District for over 150 children, including orphans and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The event aimed to bring joy and a sense of inclusion to children who may otherwise be left out of festive occasions.
The celebration featured the distribution of Eid clothes, meals, and engaging activities that created a warm and festive atmosphere for the children. The smiles and excitement reflected the profound impact of this small act of kindness.
