Ramadan Iftar Project 2025:

14 March 2025
Today, the Iftar center that we have been organizing to support vulnerable communities during Ramadan was honored by a visit from key local leaders. Among the distinguished guests were the Deputy Commissioner for Administration and Finance of Baidoa District, Mr. Macawiye, and the Chairperson of the Baidoa District Women’s Association, Mrs. Hindiyo Isack.

Both leaders not only visited the center to observe the ongoing activities but also actively participated by contributing towards the provision of one day’s Iftar meal. Their involvement highlighted the importance of community leadership and solidarity in supporting those in need during the holy month.

This collaboration between local authorities and community organizations strengthens the impact of humanitarian efforts and ensures broader reach to vulnerable populations within Baidoa.

We deeply appreciate their support and commitment, which inspires continued collective action to alleviate hardship and promote social welfare during Ramadan.
