DEDO, Baidoa Office, successfully conducted a two-day training on Climate Change and Adaptation for DEDO staff.
The training focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of:
- The causes and impacts of climate change
- The effects of climate change on communities and the environment
- Practical climate change adaptation strategies
- The role of DEDO staff in promoting climate resilience
Throughout the two days, participants gained valuable knowledge and skills to support the design and implementation of sustainable programs that address climate-related challenges.
This training is part of DEDO’s ongoing efforts to strengthen staff capacity, raise awareness, and support community resilience in the face of climate change.
